Details: This North American company manages calls from customers responding to TV ads for products. Calls are routed to your home phone, and a script appears on your computer. Each call is handled differently based on the ad the customer is responding to. Usually you will take their information, including payment details, and enter it on the computer to process the customer's order.
Requirements: Must have home office, ability to be on the phone and the internet simultaneously. Should have previous customer service experience.
