Details: This company sends technicians to customer homes / businesses to service a specific type of video equipment. Appointment Confirmers contact customers who have requested service. You will setup an appointment, get any additional information the tech may need, and provide the customer with pre-visit instructions to ensure the tech visit is required.
Requirements: Must have home office, ability to talk on the phone while on the internet. Previous customer service experience.
